IN FALL 2017, 50.7 MILLION STUDENTS WILL ATTEND PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS.

20.4 MILLION WILL ATTEND COLLEGE, A 5.1 MILLION INCREASE SINCE 2000. NOW IS THE TIME TO KICK OFF HEALTHY HABITS SUCH AS GOING BACK TO THE GYM

  • Aim to go at least 3 times a week with alternating days for recovery.

  • Pack your gym bag with clothes and towel the night before to serve as a reminder and motivate you to go the next day.

Don't forget to wash your personal towel once a week to avoid that musty smell and keep up the good hygiene.
